When you book...
We start sending information your direction. You'll get a Guidebook on your camper and more.
Clean and ready
After each trip we replace the mattress covers and have the unit cleaned and sanitized. We also make sure any dishes and/or kitchen gear are clean and we seal them so you'll know everything is clean and ready. We want to make sure you have a clean camper when you hit the road.
You have Questions. We have Answers.
We love questions, it's generally the first opportunity to help people and we really enjoy helping people. If you're new to camping in a camper or RV we're always willing to help you understand what's involved in either the general nature of camping or the details of using a camper. Everyone has questions - even seasoned campers will have questions about a specific unit so let us know if you have any questions. We're here to help.
Prep & Planning Information.
When you book the camper we'll send you an email that covers a lot of ground:
- It will help you make sure you have everything you need to safely tow/use the unit.
- It contains a link to the Guidebook for your unit. The Guidebook covers all the systems and some general camping information as well.
- It has a link to schedule your pickup time
- It has a link that will let you request Dishes & Kitchen Gear (To ensure cleanliness we don't leave them in the camper - there's no charge for it).
When you pickup the camper:
- We do a thorough walkthrough to make sure you're up to speed on everything about the unit. We walk through the systems, setup and use of everything and then get you hooked up and on the road.
When you're on the trip:
- You've got tech support every step of the way. You'll have my cell number as backup for anything that comes up (even if you just can't remember something!).
